These are self employed positions, where cleaners are put on our database of cleaners. The agency then gives cleaners permission to serve it's clients who have subscribed to use a cleaner from the database.
Amounts per hour are worked out according to area, and range from £5 - £7 per hour
These positions are for assisting the Human Resources Consultants and Managers. We hope that all office assistants do well and progress to become Human Resource Consultants / Managers themselves, or progress to other more senior positions. The salaries for these positions are £6 - £7 per hour
Branch Managers / Human Resources Consultants
The role of a Branch Consultant / Manager is to:
- Meet local customers, find out their requirements, and help head office to allocate them a cleaner
- Interview local cleaners
- Help co-ordinate local issues such as advertising, and so on
- You will never be asked to do any cleaning. Your role is to interview cleaners to see if they are suitable for our database, not to do the work yourself
- Manage leaflet distributers
- Most managers work about 20 hours per week, and earn between £9 - £13 per hour, depending on area
A Branch Manger is responsible for their own transport, but expenses are paid for by Amy.
Mainly involved with the financial aspect of the company:
- Supplier payments
- Customer payments
- Payroll
- Financial reporting
- Company wide reporting
- and other such administration
No book keeping or other such financial skills and experience are needed. You just need to be highly capable at administration as all training will be provided. Salaries are between £18 000 to £23 000 pa.
Head Office Human Resource Consultants / Managers
Head Office Human Resource Consultants / Managers need to be flexible in order to perform a variety of roles, including:
- Vetting & monitoring cleaners for inclusion in our database
- Customer Services
- Management of leaflet distributors, both employed by us and from agencies
- Liasing with branch managers
- All the general jobs involved in a cleaning agency, but you will not be asked to do any cleaning

only working out how day to day operations should be performed but
