Cleaner Monitoring

  • The Agency’s consultants encourage feedback from both customers and cleaners. This enables us to carefully ensure that the performance of each cleaner is accurately monitored; this will ensure every customer will receive the best cleaner and everything runs very smoothly.

  • The Agency keeps detailed notes on the performance of each of our domestic cleaners, with this information we are able to properly review every aspect of their cleaning abilities and speak to and possibly re-train any that are not reaching our exceptional standards.

  •  As well as communicating via email and telephone, Amy Cleaning consultants are also delighted to meet current clients to discuss your cleaning needs in person. This is to ensure we allocate the cleaner that is right for you and your needs, we have years of experience in providing domestic cleaning requirements for homes and we are more than happy to give the advice and support needed.
