Hi all, any one has any idea how to motivate employees at this time of economic crisis?

My company is still doing ok but employees are quite worried about everything they hear on the news. We want to create a sense of security so we can increase sales (it is a service sector company).

I know it is hitting hard in all of us but maybe you have some ideas! Thanks!

I know communication is very important. We are trying now with regular meetings and it looks like they are getting a lot out of their chests, which is good at the end of the day We'll keep trying and improving!
