Amy Cleaning and Ironing are happy and always here to help.

Have your cleaner arrived late, would you like to change the date/time of your clean, are u going on holiday, and the list goes on....
We have resolution(s) and answers to all your questions via the forum.

Hi Anna,

I Have informed your Allocation Manager and he will allocate a replacement cleaner for either Friday(22/07) or Saturday(23/07). Once he has found a cleaner he will inform you via your email with day + time.

Hi Matildaj,

Thank you for enquiry,

We are delighted to place your account on hold for the period when you’re having the builders in. There will be no joining fee to come back to us.Your payment schedule will therefore be amended by 9 Weeks(21st November - 23rd January 2012), so your next payment will be postponed by that length of time to reflect this.

We will also inform your cleaner of the dates where you will not require her to clean for, so if you can please ensure that you contact us and your cleaner on your return to confirm the arrangements of the restart of your cleaning.

The Accounts Department will also foward you an email of confirmation with regards to your account being placed on hold.
