Hi Graham,

Thanks for your forum request.

We are delighted to issue your account with a credit note for the period when you’re away, and we will be able to do this for up to 5 weeks of each year for when you’ll be away and will not require the use of your cleaner. Your payment schedule will therefore be amended by 3 Weeks, so your next payment will be postponed by that length of time to reflect the credit note. Please can you confirm that these number of weeks are correct.

We will also inform your cleaner of the dates where you will not require her to clean for (4th,11th and 18th August), your cleaner will then commence her cleaning on 25th August.

Please confirm that you are happy for us to issue this credit to your schedule. We look forward to hearing from you.
