Have your cleaner arrived late, would you like to change the date/time of your clean, are u going on holiday, and the list goes on....
We have resolution(s) and answers to all your questions via the forum.

Hi Anna,

I have forwarded your replacement cleaner request for this Sunday, to your Allocation Manager and he now try to find a suitable cleaner for you. He will confirm her deatils very shortly with you.

Hi Rosier,

I am really sorry to hear that your cleaner cleaning standard(s) have dropped.

As this is not what we expect from our cleaners I have asked that our Senior Cleaning Consultant who goes to customers homes to check that the cleaners are of a standard to be on our database come to your home next week on the day your cleaner cleans to check your cleaner cleaning standards.

Once this has been complted you will be contacted by Customer Services with an update.
