Hi Rosier,
I am really sorry to hear that your cleaner have been arriving late for the past 3 weeks.
I will speak to our Senior Cleaning Consultant who goes to customers homes to check that the cleaners are of a standard that they can be on our database, to come to your home on your next allocated clean to have a chat with the cleaner and check her clean. The Senior Consultant will contact you once this has been done with an update.
